The Food and Beverage Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of service and quality that guests expect at Estancia La Jolla. This management position involves supervising, coordinating, and evaluating the performance of food and beverage teams in multiple dining venues and in-room dining services. The manager oversees subordinate supervisors and lead personnel, ensuring that all aspects of restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently. The Food and Beverage Manager is also responsible for managing departmental goals, monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability. They utilize corporate software tools to analyze financial data and operational metrics to make informed decisions that enhance revenue and reduce waste. This role demands constant attention to quality control, portion management, and adherence to company standards and health regulations.

- Two years of food and beverage experience including management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant
- hotel experience desired
- ability to lead and mentor team members

- availability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs
