Job Requirements

  • Two years of food and beverage experience including management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • hotel experience desired
  • ability to lead and mentor team members
  • ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • ability to lift, move, or pull moderate weight
  • ability to monitor labor and staffing needs
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • availability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of food and beverage experience including management or supervisory roles in high-volume restaurants
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to lead and mentor team members to exceed guest expectations
  • experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage food and beverage teams in assigned restaurants and in-room dining
  • supervise subordinate supervisors and lead personnel
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • appraise performance and reward team members
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • monitor day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality and service standards
  • manage department budgets and control expenses
  • analyze forecasts, cost, and revenue reports
  • ensure quality, portion control, and minimize waste
  • maintain inventory and order supplies
  • ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations
  • participate in weekly Food and Beverage Management Team meetings
