Job Requirements
- Two years of food and beverage experience including management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant
- hotel experience desired
- ability to lead and mentor team members
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- ability to lift, move, or pull moderate weight
- ability to monitor labor and staffing needs
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- availability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs
Job Qualifications
- Two years of food and beverage experience including management or supervisory roles in high-volume restaurants
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to lead and mentor team members to exceed guest expectations
- experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred
Job Duties
- Manage food and beverage teams in assigned restaurants and in-room dining
- supervise subordinate supervisors and lead personnel
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and reward team members
- address complaints and resolve problems
- monitor day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality and service standards
- manage department budgets and control expenses
- analyze forecasts, cost, and revenue reports
- ensure quality, portion control, and minimize waste
- maintain inventory and order supplies
- ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations
- participate in weekly Food and Beverage Management Team meetings
