Job Duties
- Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering services
- Drive food service sales and meet performance goals focusing on quality and consistency
- Monitor sales trends and develop action plans with peers to optimize results
- Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Deliver training to Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate customer service excellence
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development, recognizing great performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support efficient operations
