Job Requirements

  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
  • Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in problem solving to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations

Job Duties

  • Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering services
  • Drive food service sales and meet performance goals focusing on quality and consistency
  • Monitor sales trends and develop action plans with peers to optimize results
  • Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Deliver training to Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate customer service excellence
  • Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development, recognizing great performance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support efficient operations
