Job Duties
- Take ownership of food and beverage programs
- drive food service sales and hit performance goals
- monitor trends and create action plans
- become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- deliver training for Customer Service Associates
- support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development
- maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area
- oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep
