Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management or a related field
- proven leadership abilities
- ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
- strong problem-solving skills
- familiarity with POS systems and inventory software
- knowledge of food safety and hospitality regulations
- capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Schedule staff according to occupancy and sales demands
- cover shifts in all food and beverage areas when necessary
- use labor scheduling forecasts to assist in scheduling
- supervise all food and beverage staff
- participate in hiring process
- assess and review staff performance and maintain personnel records
- communicate effectively to staff and management including info board and event schedules
- conduct staff briefings
- ensure adherence to safety practices and hospitality laws
- act as POS system expert and manage ordering and inventory
- maintain emergency and security procedures
- respond to guest complaints promptly and take corrective action
- communicate with leadership team in weekly meetings
- work to ensure food quality
- prepare monthly inventories for food and beverage and banquet supplies
- prepare weekly purchase orders for food
- control food costs to maintain ideal levels
- negotiate with food distributors for best pricing and quality
- uphold brand standards for food presentation and kitchen cleanliness
- engage in professional development and brand training
- provide advisory and executive support to General Manager
- perform additional duties as assigned
