The role of Food and Beverage (F & B) Manager at Headline Inc. is a full-time, on-site position located in Denver. This important leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations during festivals and events. The F & B Manager is responsible for managing staff, ensuring superior customer service, building and sustaining relationships with sponsors and distributors, handling inventory, maintaining budget controls, and analyzing sales data. A critical part of the role includes working alongside non-profit organizations to secure liquor permits through state channels.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- thorough knowledge of food safety and alcohol regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and event days
- proficiency with inventory management and budgeting software
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service and food and beverage management
- strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences
- experience in training and supervising staff
- ability to create and manage budgets effectively
