Within this iconic resort, the Food and Beverage Manager position is a critical leadership role that drives the success of the hotel's dining and beverage outlets. Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • minimum 3 years food and beverage management experience in luxury hotel or resort
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
  • proficiency in menu planning and development
  • understanding of inventory management
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • servsafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • strong leadership and communication skills
