- minimum of four years experience in food and beverage or related field, or a two-year degree with two years relevant experience
- proven ability to manage budgets and financial objectives
- strong leadership skills with experience supervising employees
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to develop and implement business plans
- knowledge of applicable food and beverage laws and regulations

- or two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major

Job Duties
- Developing and managing budgets for food and beverage departments
- overseeing daily food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, and beverage services
- supervising and managing food and beverage employees
- providing excellent customer service and responding proactively to guest concerns
- conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and mentoring to team members
- ensuring compliance with food and beverage laws and regulations
- coordinating and overseeing banquet functions to ensure guest satisfaction
