Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of four years experience in food and beverage or related field, or a two-year degree with two years relevant experience
  • proven ability to manage budgets and financial objectives
  • strong leadership skills with experience supervising employees
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to develop and implement business plans
  • knowledge of applicable food and beverage laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • or two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • two years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
  • knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent customer service abilities

Job Duties

  • Developing and managing budgets for food and beverage departments
  • overseeing daily food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, and beverage services
  • supervising and managing food and beverage employees
  • providing excellent customer service and responding proactively to guest concerns
  • conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and mentoring to team members
  • ensuring compliance with food and beverage laws and regulations
  • coordinating and overseeing banquet functions to ensure guest satisfaction
