The Food and Beverage Manager position at Hyatt Vacation Ownership is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, and beverage services. In this role, the Food and Beverage Manager will manage budgets effectively, maintaining a positive cost management index for both kitchen and restaurant operations. The manager will be expected to lead by example, setting clear expectations with employees and providing proactive coaching and counseling to enhance performance and service quality.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of four years experience in food and beverage or related field, or a two-year degree with two years relevant experience
  • proven ability to manage budgets and financial objectives
  • strong leadership skills with experience supervising employees
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to develop and implement business plans
  • knowledge of applicable food and beverage laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • or two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
