Job Requirements

- Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven guest and team member engagement experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Anticipate and resolve operational challenges promptly
