Job Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven guest and team member engagement experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Anticipate and resolve operational challenges promptly
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment conducive to learning and growth
