Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years’ experience managing in a high volume food establishment
  • Experience in bar setting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage food and labor costs
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and security policies
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Minimum three years’ experience in high volume food establishment
  • Customer service experience essential

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service and maintaining a clean and pleasant environment
  • Maintain accurate and complete paperwork relating to restaurant and personnel
  • Maintain order and discipline among all employees
  • Manage financial performance to budgets including payroll, cash and receipts, productivity, food costs, security of funds and operating expenses
  • Adhere to cash management policies and manage checklists and cash reporting
  • Create crew schedules and adjust staffing according to labor models and customer traffic patterns
  • Perform ordering, accounting, and inventory maintenance for products and supplies
  • Act immediately on violations of safety, sanitation, and security policies
