Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years’ experience managing in a high volume food establishment
- Experience in bar setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage food and labor costs
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and security policies
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service and maintaining a clean and pleasant environment
- Maintain accurate and complete paperwork relating to restaurant and personnel
- Maintain order and discipline among all employees
- Manage financial performance to budgets including payroll, cash and receipts, productivity, food costs, security of funds and operating expenses
- Adhere to cash management policies and manage checklists and cash reporting
- Create crew schedules and adjust staffing according to labor models and customer traffic patterns
- Perform ordering, accounting, and inventory maintenance for products and supplies
- Act immediately on violations of safety, sanitation, and security policies
