The Food and Beverage Manager at Aramark plays a critical role in designing and implementing kitchen procedures that maximize efficiency and productivity. Job Requirements

  • minimum 2-3 years of culinary experience
  • education equivalent to 2-3 years post-high school or higher
  • ability to manage kitchen operations and staff
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • capable of menu development and budgeting
  • willing to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related culinary position
  • completion of 2-3 years of education beyond high school or equivalent skills
  • sound understanding of food service industry principles and standards
  • proficient in supervising staff and resolving kitchen issues
  • excellent verbal, reading, and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Organize and oversee culinary staff and operations
  • manage and train kitchen personnel
