The facility operates numerous concession stands, catering services, and premium suite dining that cater to a wide variety of customers, including corporate clients and event attendees. With a strong commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and community engagement, Legends Global stands out as a leader in the event management industry. The establishment seeks a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join their team with a focus on managing Catering, Concessions, and Suite operations to ensure the highest quality of service and profitability.
The Food and Beverage Manager role at Legends Global is integral to the overall success of the venue's food and beverage operations. This hands-on management position involves recruiting, hiring, and training assistant managers, supervisors, and part-time staff. It requires someone who can skillfully assist in developing budgets, forecasting, and meeting revenue and expense goals for the catering and concessions departments. The manager will be instrumental in analyzing menu performance regularly, ensuring that the food offerings meet customer expectations and revenue targets. Additionally, responsibilities include selling event space and food and beverage products and services, managing banquet event orders per contracts, and overseeing suite operations related to food and beverage.
The position demands creativity in merchandising, food presentation, and a keen attention to detail to maintain consistency in every service aspect. Maintaining and ensuring all food and beverage equipment cleanliness and conducting annual maintenance are also key functions. The manager must ensure compliance with local and state health department regulations, consistently achieving passing inspection statuses and high internal third-party inspection scores of 90 or above.
This supervisory position entails managing subordinate food service staff across catering, concessions, and kitchen operations. The Food and Beverage Manager will coordinate and evaluate these teams, adhere to company policies and applicable laws, and maintain impeccable records of employee performance, discipline, and training. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to interact effectively with clients during events. Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are expected to meet the demands of event schedules. This is a highly visible role within the venue that represents Legends Global in community functions and charitable events, further reinforcing the company’s esteemed reputation.
Legends Global offers a comprehensive work environment where dedication to food and beverage excellence is rewarded with opportunities for professional growth and development in the hospitality industry. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced food and beverage management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Compensation details will be provided during the interview process, aligning with industry standards and candidate expertise.
