The Food and Beverage Manager role at Aramark is critical to the success of the culinary operations within its service settings. This position requires a hands-on leader who is adept at managing kitchen procedures, staff, and culinary standards to optimize efficiency and productivity. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of customer service and food quality, fostering team development, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining strong client relationships. Beyond the operational duties, the Food and Beverage Manager contributes significantly to budget management and the execution of company programs, ensuring that financial targets are met without compromising quality. This leadership position supports special catering events and provides culinary instruction to less experienced team members, encouraging professional growth within the culinary staff. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant culinary experience and possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage staff in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and a strong understanding of the food service industry's operational standards.
