We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our exceptional team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role where you will manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations across multiple venues including the American Kitchen, The Grove, and Agave Fresca. The position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, high-end resort setting that values customer satisfaction, creative menu development, budget management, and inventory control.

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring service excellence and adherence to quality standards. You will lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive work environment that supports both guest satisfaction and employee engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, managing costs, and driving revenue through innovative food and beverage strategies.

This role requires an individual with a strong passion for food and beverage, who possesses exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of success in managing teams within a hospitality or resort environment. Candidates with knowledge or experience within the Marriott system will find this position particularly rewarding. Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, are expected to meet the operational demands of the resort.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management in a hotel or resort environment
  • Knowledge of Marriott food and beverage operations preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Budget management and cost control abilities
  • Menu planning and development expertise
  • Inventory management and ordering knowledge
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Marriott food and beverage experience or knowledge preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Proficient in menu planning and development
  • Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification is a plus (must achieve within 90 days of hire)
