Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field required
- Minimum 2 years as a dining room supervisor
- At least 1 year of host experience
- Minimum 2 years of server experience
- Ability to analyze financial reports and customer feedback
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high service and product quality
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to implement sales and marketing strategies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant that align with company objectives
- Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budget
- Evaluate restaurant performance through customer satisfaction systems and financial reporting, taking corrective action as needed
- Maintain high product and service quality standards through regular evaluations and issue resolution
- Implement and sustain sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth
- Establish and maintain proactive HR practices, including employee motivation, training, development, and compliance with wage, benefit, and labor regulations
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs to safeguard physical assets
- Maintain security practices to protect restaurant assets and ensure safety of employees and guests
- Foster effective two-way communication across all levels of staff
- Develop and implement new initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence
