Candidates will have the opportunity to assume responsibility early on, gaining supervisory experience and operational know-how within the hotel’s Food & Beverage departments. On successful completion, there is a strong likelihood of permanent employment, typically at a junior management level such as Assistant Departmental Manager or Supervisor within one of the Hilton hotels or a centralized department.
Ideal applicants are graduates of hospitality training programs or hotel management academies, or individuals with a bachelor’s degree, prepared to take on junior management responsibilities. Proficiency in both German and English is essential to succeed in this international working environment.
