Job Requirements

  • completed hotel training or bachelor degree
  • proficiency in German and English
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • availability for the 15-month trainee program

Job Qualifications

  • completed hotel training with convincing performance
  • bachelor degree or graduation from a hotel management school
  • verifiable German and English language skills
  • readiness to take on junior management responsibilities
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • passion for hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • participate in the food and beverage management trainee program
  • perform operational and supervisory tasks in food and beverage departments
  • manage and oversee food and beverage services efficiently
  • support and implement projects on junior management level
  • collaborate with experienced mentors from hotel management
  • ensure guests receive excellent service and hospitality
  • learn and develop skills in hospitality management
