Job Duties

Prep and cook while working smart, clean and organized
Take direction and feedback to insure quality of product
Sets up, maintains and breaks down pantry cook station
Prepares all required items while maintaining quality and standards
Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary
Maintains neat professional appearance
