Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Previous supervisory experience in quick service or high volume kitchens
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong commitment to safety and guest service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good judgment and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Assist full-time management staff in daily food and beverage operations

- Coordinate staff schedules and task assignments
- Provide coaching and guidance to associates
- Monitor food quality and customer satisfaction
- Support the park's core values through leadership and exemplary behavior
