Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Previous supervisory experience in quick service or high volume kitchens
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong commitment to safety and guest service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills

  • Experience in supervisory roles in quick service or high volume kitchen environments

Job Duties

  • Assist full-time management staff in daily food and beverage operations
  • Supervise quick service restaurant and kitchen teams
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate staff schedules and task assignments
  • Provide coaching and guidance to associates
  • Monitor food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Support the park's core values through leadership and exemplary behavior
