Carowinds is a premier amusement park located on the border between North and South Carolina. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with supervisory experience in quick service restaurants or high volume kitchen environments to join our team as Team Leads or Supervisors. These roles are seasonal opportunities offering $16 to $18 per hour, ideal for high school or college students, retirees, or anyone looking to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic and fun setting. The positions provide flexible scheduling and valuable career-building skills that can enhance your resume and open doors to future employment opportunities.

As part of the Food and Beverage management support team, you will assist full-time management staff in the daily operations of the department. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth service delivery, maintain high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction, and foster a positive work environment for your team members. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Previous supervisory experience in quick service or high volume kitchens
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills
