We are currently seeking a dynamic dual Front-of-House Lead and Service Team Member to join the Food & Beverage department. This unique position offers a balance of hands-on bartending and supervisory responsibilities, ideal for a seasoned hospitality expert who enjoys the craft of mixology but also aspires to take on leadership duties. The successful candidate will be the cornerstone of our bar operations, managing shift transitions smoothly while delivering world-class service that aligns with Hilton's standards. Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for entire shifts
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
- Must obtain necessary permits for food and alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Strong bartending and mixology skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as OnQ or Delphi is a plus
- Ability to obtain Colorado Food Handler's Permit and Alcohol Server's Permit
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities
