Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role
  • Must obtain necessary permits for food and alcohol service

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Strong bartending and mixology skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as OnQ or Delphi is a plus
  • Ability to obtain Colorado Food Handler's Permit and Alcohol Server's Permit
  • Excellent leadership and team development abilities

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily bar and outlet operations
  • Conduct shift briefings and assign staff tasks
  • Prepare and serve signature cocktails, craft beers, and wines
  • Lead on-the-job training in mixology and guest service
  • Act as primary contact for guest queries and issue resolution
  • Assist with inventory restocking and cash handling compliance
  • Ensure adherence to local alcohol laws and Hilton brand standards
