Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for entire shifts
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
- Must obtain necessary permits for food and alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Strong bartending and mixology skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as OnQ or Delphi is a plus
- Ability to obtain Colorado Food Handler's Permit and Alcohol Server's Permit
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities
Job Duties
- Supervise daily bar and outlet operations
- Conduct shift briefings and assign staff tasks
- Prepare and serve signature cocktails, craft beers, and wines
- Lead on-the-job training in mixology and guest service
- Act as primary contact for guest queries and issue resolution
- Assist with inventory restocking and cash handling compliance
- Ensure adherence to local alcohol laws and Hilton brand standards
