Job Requirements

  • Must be available weekends and holidays
  • must be able to communicate clearly in English (read, speak, and write)
  • ability to stand, walk, and move around the dining area for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours)
  • ability to lift and carry heavy trays, food, and beverage orders (up to 25 pounds)
  • ability to bend, squat, and reach in order to serve guests and retrieve items from shelves or storage areas
  • comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with high noise levels
  • good physical stamina and mobility to efficiently serve a high volume of customers throughout shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory or lead experience in food & beverage, preferably upscale or luxury
  • strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support daily operations across all assigned outlets
  • deliver and model attentive, personalized guest service
  • resolve concerns promptly
  • lead, coach, and support team members to maintain service and product standards
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service requirements
  • assist with scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverage
  • monitor quality, presentation, and cleanliness across all areas
  • support restaurant operations during peak periods or as business demands
