Job Requirements
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- must be able to communicate clearly in English (read, speak, and write)
- ability to stand, walk, and move around the dining area for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours)
- ability to lift and carry heavy trays, food, and beverage orders (up to 25 pounds)
- ability to bend, squat, and reach in order to serve guests and retrieve items from shelves or storage areas
- comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with high noise levels
- good physical stamina and mobility to efficiently serve a high volume of customers throughout shifts
Job Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in food & beverage, preferably upscale or luxury
- strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise and support daily operations across all assigned outlets
- deliver and model attentive, personalized guest service
- resolve concerns promptly
- lead, coach, and support team members to maintain service and product standards
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service requirements
- assist with scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverage
- monitor quality, presentation, and cleanliness across all areas
- support restaurant operations during peak periods or as business demands
