Job Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
  • Ability to maintain friendly and dynamic interaction with guests
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Capacity to work in loud and confined environments
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent and team work
  • Flexible availability for various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently while delivering friendly, engaging service to every guest
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean café and retail environment
  • Create positive interactions with families and children, ensuring everyone feels welcome and cared for during their visit
  • Restock supplies, manage guest lines safely, maintain merchandise displays, and keep work areas organized and ready for service
  • Support fellow Hosts, assist with opening and closing duties, and bring positive energy to every shift
