Job Description
The Cromwell is a premier boutique hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip, renowned for its unique blend of luxury, style, and personalized service. As the Strip's first and only stand-alone boutique hotel, The Cromwell offers an intimate and upscale experience for guests looking to enjoy world-class accommodations and entertainment. Featuring exclusive venues like the first-ever restaurant by celebrity chef and TV personality Giada De Laurentiis and vibrant rooftop pool and nightlife spots by Drai's, The Cromwell sets itself apart by redefining the Las Vegas hotel experience with a focus on sophistication and fun.
At The Cromwell, the mission is to "Inspire Grown Ups to Play!" This ethos extends to every aspect of the guest experience, with an emphasis on creating memorable moments through exceptional service and a vibrant hospitality environment. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and drive the success of one of our premier dining outlets.
The Restaurant Manager position is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes managing employee relations, implementing strategic objectives aligned with budgetary and service goals, and ensuring a superior guest experience. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in customer service, staff development, and operational management, capable of fostering a positive work culture while effectively driving business performance.
Key responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by engaging with guests personally and encouraging staff to do the same, resolving any customer complaints with professionalism and effective service recovery techniques, and leveraging analytical tools such as Avero to monitor business trends and employee performance. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Food and Beverage Operations Director to develop innovative strategies that maximize revenue and control expenses while maintaining compliance with health department regulations and ensuring the restaurant consistently achieves an "A" grade.
This position demands a leader who leads by example, demonstrating company culture behaviors and empowering employees through clear guidance and ongoing support. The Restaurant Manager will conduct various team and individual development sessions, including quality improvement teams (QIT), continuous improvement processes (CIPs), employee operating sessions (EOS), steps one coaching, and Buzz sessions, applying Caesars Entertainment's coaching cycle for effective feedback delivery.
With a strong focus on policy adherence, service standards, and operational efficiency, the Restaurant Manager will play an integral role in enhancing the guest dining experience and supporting the overall objectives of The Cromwell's Food and Beverage department. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality excellence.
