The Food and Beverage General Manager role at Sky Dine is a pivotal leadership position within the restaurant. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house functions. The General Manager ensures a seamless guest experience, drives revenue growth and profitability, and champions the highest quality standards across all facets of the operation. This position requires dynamic leadership to motivate and develop staff, promote a positive working environment, and maintain operational compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

In this role, the Food and Beverage General Manager will coordinate all aspects of restaurant management, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance appraisals, inventory management, and financial oversight such as payroll and cost controls. The manager will also represent the brand through successful promotion initiatives and vendor collaborations. Sky Dine offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, along with paid time off, potential bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, supplemental Aflac coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
