The Breakers Palm Beach is currently expanding its front-of-house team to include various roles such as Cocktail Servers, Food Server Assistants, and Hosts within its new and existing restaurants. As a member of the front-of-house team, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from the moment they arrive. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards

  • Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously (Host)
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards (Bartender)
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently (Cocktail Server)
  • Assist servers and bartenders with table maintenance, food delivery, and guest needs (Food Server Assistant)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and guest areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
