Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to climb ladders and handle merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in temperatures ranging from 34 degrees Fahrenheit to -10 degrees Fahrenheit
- able to work in environments where common allergens may be present
- capable of standing and moving for the duration of a shift
- accurate cash register operation skills

Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by prioritizing guest needs over tasks
- uphold and maintain execution of food and beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures
- promote products through sampling and suggestive selling
- collaborate with vendors to manage salesfloor merchandise displays and keep backroom space organized
- identify and process damaged, recalled or expired items according to policy
- stay knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- comply with all federal, state and local adult beverage laws
- use personal protective equipment properly
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- perform duties such as backup cashier, order pickup and Drive-up support
- greet guests and assist with their needs to create a welcoming store environment
- complete all other duties based on business needs
