Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
- Capability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Ability to interpret instructions, reports, and information
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Execute food deliveries, replenishment, product rotation, cleaning, and organization
- Follow all food safety requirements and maintain inventory accuracy
- Use suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain salesfloor displays and backroom organization
- Support guest services such as cashier backup, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with laws and policies
