Job Duties

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize food and beverage operations and profitability
  • Oversee all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, catering, and room service ensuring consistent quality and service
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage managers and staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address guest feedback promptly
  • Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to create innovative menus and maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Oversee catering and banquet operations, assist in planning events, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
