Job Description

Meadowbrook Golf Club is a premier public golf facility located in the Delta region of Northeast Arkansas. As a municipal, daily-fee golf destination, Meadowbrook is undergoing an exciting phased reopening and transformative development that aims to elevate the golf and hospitality experience in the area. This golf course beautifully combines prairie structure with parkland character, offering a scenic layout that mirrors the natural Delta landscape. Through ongoing investments, expansions, and operational improvements, Meadowbrook is positioned to redefine public golf expectations and establish itself as one of the region's premier value-driven golf and hospitality destinations.

Meadowbrook’s commitment to excellence is reflected not only in its course design but also through its organizational culture. The club operates in a high-opportunity, hands-on environment, where every team member plays a vital role in shaping the future of the property. The early phases of Meadowbrook’s development call for flexibility, dedication, and cross-functional collaboration among staff. As operations stabilize and departments grow, roles will become more specialized; however, teamwork and communication remain core values throughout. The club places strong emphasis on character, integrity, humility, honesty, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to service, valuing people who show up with purpose and pride in building something meaningful and lasting.

The role being offered is full-time, salaried, and exempt from overtime, presenting an excellent career opportunity for individuals passionate about food and beverage management within a dynamic golf and hospitality setting. The position is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage services at Meadowbrook Golf Club. This includes managing food and beverage staff ranging from service to kitchen and beverage cart personnel. The manager will be instrumental in planning and implementing budgets, hiring and training employees, and ensuring that guest expectations are consistently exceeded by applying effective marketing principles. The role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to maintain high standards in food quality, service, sanitation, and cost control.

By joining Meadowbrook Golf Club, the selected candidate will engage in an enriching and impactful experience, helping to shape a destination that prioritizes customer satisfaction, community engagement, and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned food and beverage professional eager to contribute to a growing, value-oriented public golf club with a strong vision and community-driven mission. Meadowbrook’s supportive and collaborative work culture further enhances the appeal of this role, making it suitable for driven professionals ready to take ownership and grow in their careers.
