The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate its dining operations. This full-time leadership role involves overseeing all food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, lounge, in-room dining, banquets, and catering services. The Director of Food & Beverage will have a critical role in driving revenue growth through innovative programming, developing menus, and implementing cost control measures, all while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. This position requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about the hospitality industry and is comfortable working in a fast-paced full-service hotel environment.

In this role, the Director of Food & Beverage will lead and develop managers and team members across multiple outlets, promoting a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence. The role demands strong financial acumen to manage budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance to meet revenue and profit goals. The Director will collaborate with Sales and Events teams to optimize banquet and catering opportunities and ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations. Monitoring guest satisfaction and driving continuous improvements in the dining experience are also key elements of the job. Vendor relationships, purchasing, and inventory control responsibilities fall under this leadership role as well.

Ideal candidates will bring at least five years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in full-service hotel environments, preferably with prior experience as a Director or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Familiarity with Hilton systems and brand standards is considered a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with a guest-centered mindset and a high level of professionalism. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $120,000, with compensation tailored to candidates’ skills, experience, certifications, and the specific location's labor market costs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience in a full-service hotel environment
  • Prior Director or Assistant Director of food & beverage experience preferred
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting forecasting and cost control
  • Ability to lead and inspire large diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and operational procedures is a plus
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence

Job Qualifications
