The Food & Beverage (F&B) Director role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the financial success across all food and beverage operations within the park. This includes quick-service outlets, full-service restaurants, bars, and catering venues. The F&B Director plays an essential role in ensuring exceptional food quality, beverage service, and outstanding guest satisfaction. They provide both strategic and hands-on leadership, focusing on revenue growth, staff development, operational excellence, and stringent compliance with health and safety standards.

This position requires a strong leader who can inspire and manage a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and team members committed to delivering superior guest experiences. The F&B Director is tasked with establishing revenue targets and profit and loss goals, managing budgets, sales forecasting, and controlling operating expenses. They also oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, receiving, and inventory management to maintain quality and cost control.

Additionally, the role demands close collaboration with other departments such as General Management, Corporate F&B leadership, Marketing, Events, Maintenance, and Facilities to ensure seamless operations, support promotional activations, maintain kitchen and bar equipment, and safeguard workplace safety standards. The Director also actively engages with guests and staff across the park to foster a positive and accountable work culture that champions teamwork and communication.

Lucky Strike Entertainment offers this full-time role with a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, supplemented by performance-based incentives and a comprehensive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage and other valuable benefits. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive F&B management experience in a high-volume waterpark, amusement park, resort, or comparable entertainment venue
  • Strong understanding of outdoor, quick-service, and bar operations within seasonal or large-capacity environments
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and achieve revenue and cost targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and alcohol service laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management software
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the park's operating season
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between outlets for extended periods
  • May be required to respond to urgent operational issues or emergencies during open hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive F&B management experience in a high-volume waterpark, amusement park, resort, or comparable entertainment venue
  • Strong understanding of outdoor, quick-service, and bar operations within seasonal or large-capacity environments
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and achieve revenue and cost targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and alcohol service laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management software
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification
  • TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification
  • Experience managing catering or special event F&B operations

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction for F&B management and staff within the park, ensuring consistent execution of quality, service, and safety standards
  • Establish and maintain revenue targets and P&L goals for individual outlets and overall F&B operations
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate F&B Director to meet and sustain financial goals while contributing to overall revenue strategy
  • Oversee bar and alcohol service programs, ensuring compliance with all TIPS, ServSafe, and state/local liquor regulations
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of F&B managers, supervisors, and team members focused on guest service, efficiency, and consistency
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, including sales forecasting, cost of goods, labor management, and operating expenses
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes to ensure product quality and cost control
