Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive oversight of the Club’s dining services and food and beverage operations, including budget planning and monitoring, menu design and pricing, marketing and promotional activities, and adherence to legal and safety standards. You will ensure that all cash and charge procedures are executed with accuracy and integrity, maintain inventory and purchasing controls, and align departmental activities with the Club’s long-term strategic vision.

The position offers excellent professional growth opportunities while contributing to the Club’s broader organizational goals. Shannopin Country Club supports ongoing education with CMAA membership funding and conference attendance allowances, as well as performance-based bonuses tied to financial performance, leadership, and membership satisfaction.

A four-year degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts is preferred, though relevant experience may substitute. Certifications in food safety and alcoholic beverage handling are mandatory. Shannopin Country Club is looking for a strategic thinker and charismatic leader ready to make a significant impact on their esteemed Club’s dining culture and operational success.
