Job Requirements

  • minimum of four years experience in the food and beverage field
  • at least one to three years of managerial experience
  • experience working in the food and beverage sector
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to establish and maintain effective client and customer relationships
  • ability to provide exceptional customer service aligned with Aramark’s guidelines
  • capability to collaborate effectively with other departments
  • physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact including recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
  • confirm that food offerings align with the Executional Framework
  • assist employees in understanding goals and steps to accomplish them through coaching
  • show appreciation to staff through rewards and acknowledgment
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards across operations
  • identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
  • embrace Aramark's processes and systems for efficiency
  • enhance profit generation while managing budgetary constraints on food services, drinks, and personnel
  • ensure completion and management of profit and loss reports
  • meet targets for food and labor requirements
  • implement strategies for efficient resource management ensuring quality and cost control within budget
  • enact and preserve labor and food schedules
  • maximize operational efficiency and oversee profit margins
  • attain conformity with Operational Excellence principles managing food operations and labor efficiency
  • direct production, distribution, and serving of food
  • uphold a healthy and secure environment following policies, regulations, and statutes
  • arrange and sustain systems for purchasing, acceptance, warehousing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
  • create forecasts for operational elements and discuss variations
  • handle accounting duties related to these components
  • supervise unit personnel in production, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, and employee development
  • enlist, appoint, foster, and preserve front-line personnel
  • implement scheduled inventory evaluations
  • adhere to guidelines from ARAMARK, government, and accreditation bodies for record keeping
  • foster relationships with client management and sustain client and customer rapport
  • participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
  • identify opportunities for innovative solutions to increase sales and retain clients
  • manage customer-facing areas of the restaurant
  • devise and implement food service schemes aligned with client mission and vision including environmentally conscious practices
