Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- Ability to work in an environment that could range from 34°F to -10°F as needed
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures humidity and other elements while performing job duties including Drive-Up carryout
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations
- Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries replenishment straightening merchandise in-stocks routines data accuracy culling rotation cleaning signing and organizing and storing reserve product
- Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target's policies and procedures
- Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- Work with vendors to set maintain and adjust sales floor merchandise displays and organized backroom space
- Locate and identify damaged recalled or expired items and process according to Target's policies
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier order pick up and Drive-up while maintaining compliance with federal state and local laws
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging to solve their specific needs
- Maintain a culture of ethical conduct safety and compliance
- Work safely and comply with safety policies best practices and training
- All other duties based on business needs
