Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
- ability to work independently and with a team
- ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan, handle and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in varying temperatures including cold environments
- ability to work in spaces with common allergens
- ability to remain mobile for entire shift

Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by prioritizing guest needs
- uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage standards
- execute food deliveries, replenishment, rotation and cleaning
- follow all food safety requirements and procedures
- use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products
- locate and process damaged, recalled or expired items
- assist guests and team members with product and service information
