Additionally, the role involves managing food and beverage inventory, maintaining refrigeration standards, and overseeing restaurant cleanliness, including restrooms and laundry tasks related to cleaning rags. The candidate must be at least 21 years old to work on the bar and serve alcohol, complying with all alcohol and age restrictions as per company policies. Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old to work on the bar and serve alcohol
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and climb
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work in a noisy and active environment
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in entertainment or hospitality industries is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Operates POS register for food and drinks including bar register when directed
- Prepares food and beverage items utilizing the policies and standards of the company
- Resets and bus the food court seating area
- Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils
- Conducts all opening and closing procedures such as opening and closing cash tills and kitchen cleaning
- Manages food and beverage inventory by the store's policies and procedures
- Maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- Manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory by the store policies and procedures
- Conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- Responds responsively and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers' requests
- Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes
- Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment including karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong
- Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade
- Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by Store Management
