Job Description
FIFA26 is the organizing body behind FIFA World Cup 26, the upcoming edition of the world's most celebrated sporting event. The FIFA World Cup 26TM will be historic, as it marks the first time the tournament will feature 48 teams instead of the traditional 32, and will be hosted by three North American countries: Canada, Mexico, and the USA. This expanded format is designed to enhance global engagement, increasing participation among fans, players, and stakeholders alike. With a vision to unite the world through football, FIFA26 is committed to delivering an extraordinary experience for millions of people worldwide. The organization values accountability, decision-making, inclusivity, initiative, innovation, leadership, and vision, reflected in its comprehensive skills framework designed to empower its workforce to achieve excellence on a global stage.
As a Food and Beverage Coordinator based in Seattle, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of the Food and Beverage (F&B) Concessions Program during the FIFA World Cup 26. Reporting to the Tournament Headquarters and F&B Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of food and beverage services at the event venue. This includes managing staff deployment, SKU allocation, pricing strategies, activation schedules, and adherence to alcohol policies. You will oversee the quality, compliance, and commercial aspects to ensure that all contracts, brand exposures, and merchandise align with FIFA's high standards.
Your role on match days involves coordinating operations, performing quality controls such as monitoring queue times and stock levels, and maintaining superior customer service quality. Daily briefings will be part of your responsibility to align concessionaire and Commercial Partner teams while keeping all stakeholders informed through consistent communication with FIFA's central team. You will also support administrative tasks and assist the Commercial Rights Delivery Team to fulfill partnership obligations. The position demands resilience, strong organizational skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to work under pressure while fostering teamwork and innovation.
FIFA26 offers a fixed-term contract position located on-site in Seattle, with an hourly pay rate of $28 in compliance with Washington's Equal Pay and Opportunity Act. The role provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a world-class event, enriching your professional experience in sports event management, particularly in food and beverage operations. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, and a 401k retirement plan. Joining FIFA26 means contributing to a unique cultural and sporting milestone while growing your career in an inclusive, diverse, and high-performance environment.
