With 357 elegantly designed rooms, this Autograph Collection Hotel offers guests an immersive experience reminiscent of the European Riviera, infused with Miami’s lively, energetic culture. Guests enjoy direct access to pristine beaches, two expansive resort-style pools, and a selection of elevated dining options that match the property’s refined aesthetic and commitment to personalized guest service.

With a trusted reputation as a preferred operator for major hotel brands and a commitment to an entrepreneurial management style, Davidson Hospitality Group ensures that team members work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation, growth, and excellence. Joining the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club means becoming part of a dynamic organization where every team member's contribution plays a vital role in the delivery of outstanding guest experiences and operational success.

The Food and Beverage Coordinator position is an integral role within the hotel’s vibrant Food & Beverage department. This role provides critical administrative and operational support across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet spaces, poolside and beach venues, in-room dining, and catering services. As a Food and Beverage Coordinator, you will assist with a broad range of responsibilities such as scheduling, payroll support, purchasing coordination, menu updates, inventory management, and interdepartmental communications. Your efforts will help ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club’s high brand and service standards.

Duties include preparing and maintaining detailed reports, organizing departmental records, supporting financial processes including labor tracking, service charge management, and invoice reconciliation. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between multiple internal departments such as culinary, finance, purchasing, and front office, facilitating clear and efficient communication. The position also involves guest-facing responsibilities, including professional handling of inquiries and requests, assisting with reservation and event coordination, and supporting guest recovery efforts where necessary.

Ideal candidates for this role are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication skills, proficiency with relevant software applications (including MS Office, POS, PMS, payroll, and purchasing systems), and a flexible attitude towards shifting priorities are essential. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally within a renowned hospitality group, gaining exposure to various facets of food and beverage operations while contributing to creating memorable and meaningful guest experiences that reflect the spirit and sophistication of Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club.
