The position offers administrative support primarily to key personnel such as the Director of Food and Beverage, Executive Chef, General Manager, and Food and Beverage Managers. Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience required
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Offices and Google programs
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Effective hearing, seeing, speaking, bending, reaching, and use of hands and fingers to operate keyboard
  • Willingness to work extended hours including some weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in administrative or Food and Beverage support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experienced with Google programs

Job Duties

  • Manage correspondence including emails, forms, letters and memorandums
  • Generate and compile weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and year-end reports including sales and payroll data
  • Perform general office duties like ordering supplies, filing, scanning, updating bulletin boards, and scheduling
  • Respond to Food and Beverage vendors and manage reservations via Open Table
  • Coordinate with marketing to update public information and menu materials
  • Assist with cleaning reports, health inspections, liquor and safety certifications
  • Attend Food and Beverage meetings and take minutes
  • Review and edit timesheets, assist payroll, and manage tip reporting
  • Prepare and correct restaurant, banquet, or event financial transactions
  • Support restaurant and banquet operations during peak times and holidays
  • Review Banquet Event Orders for accuracy and communicate discrepancies
  • Track associate performance and document disciplinary actions
  • Maintain professional contact with guests, co-workers, and management
  • Prepare confidential documents
  • Coordinate certifications, interviews, and training with People Support
  • Operate office equipment like photocopiers and scanners
  • Relay messages and instructions to department leaders
  • Follow sustainability and safety protocols
  • Perform additional duties as required by management
