Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles preferred

Job Duties

  • Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their experience special
  • Handle transactions seamlessly by accurately totaling and managing guest payments using the point-of-sale system including cash, credit and debit cards, and gift certificates/cards
  • Resolve guest concerns by addressing issues promptly and involving a supervisor when necessary to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliation to ensure transaction integrity
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests courteously and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional guest experience
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain safety and compliance standards
