Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work varied shifts including AM and PM 8-hour shifts
- Capability to handle cash transactions responsibly
- Strong customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of guest-facing customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions
- Handle transactions seamlessly by accurately totaling and managing guest payments using the point-of-sale system
- Manage cash transactions, process credit and debit cards, issue change, and redeem gift certificates or cards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, involving a supervisor when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Support team members with communication and coordination during busy periods
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to food and beverage service
