Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of three years experience in a Food and Beverage position in a luxury hotel environment
- Valid work authorization
- Ability to work full-time
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to grooming and uniform standards
- Willingness to collaborate with team members and other departments

Job Duties
- Exemplifies commitment to The Setai's mission of Total Guest Satisfaction
- Maintains positive guest relations at all times
- Anticipates guests' needs, responds promptly, and works with assigned staff to deliver consistent and sought-after fine dining experiences
- Ensures that the Food and Beverage operation (In Room Dining) meets hotel operating standards
- Communicates with guests and makes recommendations for menu and beverage selection
- Develops new and maintains repeat business through effective guest relations
- Recognizes guests and addresses them by name whenever possible
- Ensures every detail regarding guests' requests is met
- Remains up to date with local and international restaurant trends
- Ensures all employees are well groomed and in the correct uniform
- Documents any safety hazards or violations
- Works closely with other departments ensuring effective communication flow
