The Food and Beverage position at The Setai is a key role within the hotel’s operations, dedicated to delivering an outstanding dining experience that aligns with the hotel's prestigious reputation. This full-time, non-management role focuses on maintaining positive guest relations, anticipating guest needs, and responding promptly to ensure consistency in service excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the In-Room Dining service meets the high standards set by the hotel, communicating menu and beverage options to guests, and fostering repeat business through attentive and personalized guest interactions.

In this role, employees are expected to remain knowledgeable about current local and international restaurant trends to provide guests with an informed and enriching dining experience. Attention to detail is critical, as is maintaining the professional appearance and grooming standards required by The Setai.
