The role of Food & Beverage Banquet Manager at Hilton is pivotal in ensuring seamless and exceptional service within the Food and Beverage operations of the hotel. As a Food & Beverage Banquet Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned dining outlets and banquet services, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. Your responsibilities include managing operational efficiency, supervising staff, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. You will play a key role in driving guest satisfaction by continuously improving service standards and fostering a culture of excellence within your team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage operations or banquet management
  • Experience supervising and motivating staff
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or banquet setting
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of health safety sanitation and alcohol regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets ensuring top-tier quality service and marketing strategies
  • Support development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies monitor trends gather feedback and drive continuous improvements
  • Oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food and Beverage department including cost controls for food beverage and labor expenses
  • Support delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality service and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction drive revenue and maximize profitability
  • Supervise coach and mentor team members provide professional development opportunities and recognize achievements
  • Maintain compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless banquet event coordination and execution
