The Food & Beverage Attendant position is a fantastic opportunity to join this thriving entertainment company. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with guests, thrive in fast-paced settings, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service. As a Food & Beverage Attendant (sometimes referred to as a Runner), you will play a vital role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience by effectively managing food and drink orders and maintaining the cleanliness and overall vibe of the center.
Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering guests’ food and beverage orders, collaborating with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service, and familiarizing yourself with the menu, promotions, and weekly specials to assist guests effectively. You will also be responsible for accurately ringing sales for all food and beverage items and actively promoting responsible alcohol service in compliance with local regulations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, meeting state legal requirements for alcohol service. The role demands physical stamina as it involves walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and occasionally lifting objects with some assistance. The shifts are primarily during evenings and nights, with weekend availability needed, and employment is part-time with one work location.
