  • previous food and beverage or customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
  • knowledge of food safety standards is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests warmly and replenish food and beverages
  • ensure proper presentation of food and beverages
  • prepare tables, service areas, and dining spaces before and after service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
  • handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous manner
  • follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • assist with setup and breakdown for special functions including dishes
  • collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
