We are currently seeking a Guest Service Support Expert to join our Food and Beverage team in a full-time, non-management role. This position is critical to ensuring our food and beverage operations run smoothly by providing comprehensive support services. The Guest Service Support Expert plays a vital part in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests, ensuring that every detail from table setting to replenishing supplies is handled efficiently and professionally. This role supports various functions including bussing tables, assisting with food exposition, acting as a food runner, managing in-room dining services, and assisting as a host or hostess when needed. Candidates with open availability are preferred as flexibility is essential to meet operational needs.
The Guest Service Support Expert will be actively engaged throughout their shift, often required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, sometimes navigating uneven or slippery surfaces. Physical demands include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, or up to 50 pounds with assistance. Other physical activities such as bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching are regularly part of the role. The position demands a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in the hospitality and food service industry, with no prior experience required, though previous exposure to food and beverage environments is preferred. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is the educational requirement for this position.
