Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit
- Ability to stand and move around for an entire shift
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and write
Job Qualifications
- Previous food handling or fast food experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit
- Some locations require an Alcohol Server’s Permit
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to stand and move around for an entire shift
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet
- Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests
- Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting
- Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs
- Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items
- Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
