Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Great attitude and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to meet physical demands of role
- Availability for flexible shifts
- Commitment to obtaining certifications if not already held
Job Qualifications
- Food Safety certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Alcohol Awareness certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during shift
- Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests, take and deliver orders, ensure timely and friendly service
- Schedule reservations, answer phone calls, assist with special requests or events
- Monitor assigned tables, coordinate with kitchen, handle guest questions or concerns
- Process payments, ensure proper tip reporting, close out sales at end of shift
- Maintain clean and stocked service stations, assist with resetting tables
