Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred with focus on fine dining or nightclub environments
- strong customer service skills with ability to build rapport with guests
- familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations
- experience using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable
- excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during peak hours
- basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus
- ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and be self-motivated
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required by restaurant's schedule

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
- take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS systems ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to kitchen staff
- provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience
- serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow
- handle cash transactions accurately including processing payments and managing tips
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
- adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
- banquet staff support large-scale events such as weddings conferences and parties by setting up serving and breaking down event spaces
- prepare and serve drinks based on customer orders
- maintain cleanliness of bar area and utensils
