The Food & Beverage Attendant position at Bella Rosa Golf Course is an exciting part-time, seasonal role within the Town's Parks and Open Space Department. Working under the supervision of the Golf Course General Manager, this role is designed to offer front-line customer service both inside the clubhouse bar area and on the golf course via a mobile vending cart. Employees in this capacity are limited to working a maximum of six months per calendar year, making this a perfect opportunity for seasonal workers seeking flexible employment. The position offers an hourly rate of $16.25 plus tips, reflecting the value placed on excellent service and engagement with the golf course patrons.

This position is vital in ensuring patrons enjoy a positive and memorable experience by providing a range of beverages, including alcoholic drinks, and light grab-and-go food items such as sandwiches and hot dogs. The attendant operates the beverage cart during selected weekends and tournaments, efficiently managing sales and inventory using a point-of-sale system. Responsibilities include cash handling with accurate end-of-day balancing, ensuring all transactions are properly accounted for. In addition to beverage service, attendants perform housekeeping duties in the food and beverage area, golf shop, and restrooms, contributing to the overall cleanliness and appeal of the golf course facilities.

Success in this role demands excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with all golf course staff, and the ability to drive golf carts or utility vehicles as needed. Employees must be energetic, possess a positive attitude, and show a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring continuous service during peak times.
