High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible days and shifts
Strong service-oriented attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with company policies and procedures
Service of food and/or beverage including order-taking and delivery of items in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner
Provides service at banquet functions, restaurants, and poolside orders
Works flexible days and shifts as scheduled
Maintains a strong service-oriented attitude and works well with others
Ensures compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Assists in setting up and cleaning service areas as needed
