Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one to two years of experience in hospitality or retail environment
- Must be 21 or older to handle alcohol
- Open availability especially nights and weekends preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and move in small spaces
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs with assistance
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one to two years experience in hospitality or retail environment
- Experience in bowling establishment preferred
- Bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Operates POS register for food and drinks including bar register when directed
- Prepares food and beverage items utilizing company policies and standards
- Resets and buses the food court seating area
- Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils
- Conducts all opening and closing procedures including cash tills and kitchen cleaning
- Manages food and beverage inventory by store policies and procedures
- Maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- Manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory by store policies and procedures
- Conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- Responds politely and with a friendly demeanor to customers' requests
- Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes
- Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment including karaoke, billiards, darts, and ping pong
- Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Store Management
